The Norwegian Forest Cat (NFO)
He is big, strong, with a dense bony structure. His
legs end in round foots, the muscles are well
developed. The back legs are more longest than the
front legs.
The tail is long and reaches the neck when turn
back. The neck is short but well muscled.
The head has a triangular shape, the insertion zone
of the whiskers is wide and the nose has a straight
profile.
He has a large hears, wide at the base, well open
hairy, quite similar to a lynx.
The eyes has a almond-like shape, are large e they
have the external corner larger.
The hair has two coats. The internal coat is more
thickest than the external coat.
The thighs have zones where the hair is more
prominent as in the neck and the chest as well.
The little kittens born with few hair. But it will
be more stronger as times goes by .
The NFO is a cat with a slowly growth. He only
reaches the mature age at the 3 or 4 years of age.
